Registered Student Organization Weekly or Bi-Weekly Meetings and more

Registered Student Organizations with Involve@State are accommodated at the MSU Union with several options for free meeting and free tabling space. There are limited rooms available at no cost for your meeting. Our sales manager will also be happy to assist you with planning special events at special student rates. Contact us today for more information. Currently, free organization meeting and tabling spaces are as follows:

  • Lake Erie, Lake Michigan, Classroom 50, and Tower Room meeting rooms are free for Involve@State Registered Student Organizations meetings during these special times: 
    Monday-Friday: 5:30-7 p.m. | 7:30-9 p.m. | 9:30 p.m.-11 p.m.
    Saturday & Sunday: 11 a.m.-2 p.m. | 3-6 p.m. | 7-10 p.m.
    • One free time frame every seven days.
    • Rental fees are applicable if your meeting does not fall within the time frames above.
  • Concourse tabling for Registered Student Organizations.
  • All other rooms have affordable special room rates for all Registered Student Organizations.
