Registered Student Organizations, Residence Halls Association, Associated Student of Michigan State University, and the Council of Graduate Students can reserve rooms for free at the MSU Union.
One room per seven consecutive days can be reserved for free. Available rooms are Lake Erie, Lake Michigan, the Tower Room, and Classroom 50. Available times are:
Monday through Friday from 5:30 p.m.-7 p.m. / 7:30 p.m.-9 p.m. / 9:30p.m.-11 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. / 3 p.m.-6 p.m. / 7 p.m.-10 p.m.
Additional rooms may be reserved for a fee.
