Student Organizations who are registered with Involve@State including Residence Halls Association, Associated Student of Michigan State University, and the Council of Graduate Students can reserve rooms for free for their organization meeting (not event) at the MSU Union.
One room per seven consecutive days can be reserved for free as long as the room is set as is.
Available rooms are Lake Erie, Lake Michigan, the Tower Room, and Classroom 50. Available times are:
Monday through Friday from 5:30 p.m.-7 p.m. / 7:30 p.m.-9 p.m. / 9:30p.m.-11 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. / 3 p.m.-6 p.m. / 7 p.m.-10 p.m.
Additional rooms may be reserved for a fee.
