Registered Student Organization Meetings
Registered Student Organizations (RSO) are accommodated at the MSU Union with open arms. There are limited rooms avaliable at no cost for your meeting. Our coordinators will be happy to assist you with planning special events at special student rates. Contact us today for more information. In addition to the above, the following amenities are available to students.
- Lake Erie, Lake Michigan, Classroom 50, and Tower meeting rooms are free for Registered Student Organizations during these special times:
Monday-Friday: 5:30-7 p.m. | 7:30-9 p.m. | 9:30 p.m.-11 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 11 a.m.-2 p.m. | 3-6 p.m. | 7-10 p.m.- One free time frame every seven days.
- Rental fees are applicable if your meeting does not fall within the time frames above.
- Concourse solicitation for RSO
- All other rooms have affordable special room rates for all RSO
