The MSU Union will be undergoing a roofing replacement project, expected to run from mid-May to early-July, as part of our commitment to preserving this 100-year-old Spartan landmark. As a cornerstone of campus life, generations of Spartans have gathered here for dining, events, studying, leisure, and community.
In addition, the first-floor Sparty’s Market will also be undergoing some renovations that are expected to be carried out throughout the summer. The new and improved Sparty's Market will offer a hot grill with packaged and convenience items.
MSU Union Remains Fully Operational--Safety our First Priority
While some construction activity will be visible during this period, the MSU Union remains fully operational and our team is committed to ensuring your event experience is seamless and enjoyable.
Safety barriers and clearly marked pathways are in place, as our team is working hard to keep your experience as comfortable as possible. Some services may be temporarily limited. Please follow posted signage and respect construction barriers. Throughout the duration of construction, a flagger system will be in place for visitors who need accommodation. Once visitors are ready to exit, come back here to the Welcome Desk to notify the flagger, who will help you on your exit.
Admissions Tours and Programs Moved to STEM
